- Excellent communication and cross-team coordination

Requirements:
- Figma expert
- Experience designing for SaaS or platform-based products
- Ability to create branded UI kits for white-label flexibility
- Bonus: Experience in betting, casino, or fintech interfaces

Help shape the future of personalized player engagement by defining automated campaigns, loyalty flows, and segmentation strategies using our in-house CRM.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in iGaming retention/CRM roles
- Comfortable with segmentation, reactivation flows, loyalty metrics
- Working knowledge of bonus mechanics and customer LTV
📍 Dubai or Remote | Full-Time
Be the face of The Sports Lab for new leads and partnerships. You’ll represent the brand at events, demos, and industry forums — and help operators make the right tech decisions.
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B iGaming sales
- Strong network in Europe, Africa, or MENA markets
- Confident presenting product solutions to operators
- Native-level English (bonus languages: French, Arabic, Spanish)
📍 Thessaloniki, GR or Malta | Full-Time
Act as the first line of support for operators using our platform. You’ll troubleshoot, educate, and escalate when needed — with access to our dev and product teams.
Requirements:
- B2B customer support experience in iGaming
- Understanding of CMS, betting platforms, or affiliate systems
- Strong English skills (written & spoken)
- Organized, patient, and client-first
